These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to purchases from and use of Gateway iOS ("Gateway", "we", "us", or "our") and the website gatewayios.com.

By accessing our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Gateway Provides

Gateway sells digital educational content, including guides and instructions explaining how users may access, install, configure, or use independently developed third-party software.

Gateway does not develop, own, operate, host, distribute, or license the third-party software referenced in our guides unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your purchase is for access to the Gateway digital guide and associated instructional content. You are not purchasing the third-party software itself from Gateway.
